Four accused have been sentenced in the Vyapam case of Madhya Pradesh. The Special Court of Bhopal has sentenced four accused to seven years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 each. The accused had passed the examination by making other students sit in their place.<\/p>\nCBI Vyapam case special judge Nitiraj Singh Sisodia registered STF Bhopal crime number 12\/2015 which was registered by STF Bhopal on 15.04.2014. In which, as per the instructions of the Honorable Supreme Court, CBI did advance investigation and presented supplementary charge sheet. In this entire case, a total of 4 accused have been punished with rigorous imprisonment of seven years each and a fine of ten thousand rupees each.<\/p>\n
CBI. Public Prosecutor Sushil Kumar Pandey said that Vyapam had conducted Madhya Pradesh Forest Guard Recruitment Examination-2012 in the year 2012. In which 4 candidates Ramchitra Kaushal, Bhup Singh, Sher Singh Jatav and Rajesh Solanki had passed the examination by colluding with brokers and middlemen to pass the written examination by making someone else (impersonator) appear in their place. In place of these four candidates, unknown clones had appeared for the examination. As a result, these four candidates had passed the Madhya Pradesh Forest Guard Recruitment Examination-2012.<\/p>\n
Today on Tuesday, on the basis of many witnesses, documents and articles, the court has sentenced the four candidates Ramchitra Kaushal, Bhup Singh, Sher Singh Jatav and Rajesh Solanki.
