The apex court has sought reply from Allahabad High Court in this matter. In fact, in a program of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Justice Shekhar Yadav had said that the country will be run according to the majority.<\/p>\n<p>An official statement said, \u201cThe Supreme Court has taken cognizance of the speech of sitting judge of Allahabad High Court Shekhar Kumar Yadav published in newspapers. Details have been sought from the High Court. The matter is under consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gave speech in VHP program<\/strong><br \/>On December 8, the legal cell of Vishwa Hindu Parishad organized a program in the library hall of Allahabad High Court. In this he said that the main objective of the Uniform Civil Code is to promote social harmony, gender equality and secularism.
