Bhopal<\/strong>
Bhopal’s air connection with South India will soon become stronger than before. Air India’s subsidiary company Air India Express has prepared to start flights from Bhopal to Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Booking will start soon. New flights are possible from December 15. Till now Indigo flights are operating on this route. Starting additional flights will pave the way for passengers to get seats at lower fares.<\/p>\n

Will benefit from competition<\/strong>
Bhopal has a long-standing air connection with South India, but due to less number of flights, passengers are not able to avail the benefit of low-fare. Spot fare in Hyderabad flight ranges from Rs 10 to 12 thousand. Despite having two flights to Bengaluru, the spot fare is Rs 10 to 12 thousand and advance booking fare is Rs 6 to eight thousand. With the increase in the number of flights, there will be competition among the airlines and passengers can get the benefit of lower fares. Let us tell you here that most of the flights from Bhopal are to Delhi. There are three regular flights of IndiGo and two of Air India on this route. There is one weekly flight. This is the reason why a seat is available for three to four thousand rupees.<\/p>\n

Booking will start soon<\/strong>
Apart from Hyderabad and Bengaluru, Air India Express had taken slots for Delhi and Mumbai for the winter season. The company is starting it with Hyderabad and Bengaluru flights. The company has also deposited the permission fee for opening an office at the airport. It is believed that booking for both the cities will start by the end of this month. The company has informed the airport authority to start flight operations from December 15.<\/p>\n

Rewa flight booking also soon<\/strong>
Booking of Flybig’s Rewa flight is also expected to start soon. The company had earlier started booking from November 15. Later the booking was stopped. Booking of Indigo’s proposed Kolkata flight has also not started yet. Air India Express has deposited the fee for the space. It will start with Hyderabad and Bengaluru flights.
