BHEL management says that property tax is collected from the township, city buses run on the roads and heavy vehicles pass. That’s why the roads have deteriorated. Therefore, the construction of some selected roads will no longer be done by BHEL management. <\/p>\n

Due to this stubbornness of the top officials of BHEL management, more than one lakh citizens of the city are suffering for a long time every day. Due to the stubborn attitude of the management, many drivers have been seriously injured in road accidents, but the authorities probably don’t care about it. <\/p>\n

On the other hand, in this matter, top officials of the Municipal Corporation say that the Municipal Corporation maintains only those roads which are owned by it. After listening to the top officials of both the agencies, it would not be wrong to say that the common citizens are having to bear the brunt of their mutual dispute. <\/p>\n

Three crore budget, but roads are dilapidated<\/h3>\n

The BHEL city administration gets a budget of approximately Rs 3 crore every year for the maintenance of the township’s roads. Despite this, all the main roads of the township are in dilapidated condition. The situation is that on some roads there are potholes more than five inches deep. Due to which the drivers can often be seen trying to avoid it. Local people say that potholes on dilapidated roads are deadly. Many people have been badly injured after falling into pits. It has been more than five years, the main roads have been washed away. People travel risking their lives. But the responsible officials do not care about this. <\/p>\n

BHEL turned away from these main routes <\/h3>\n

\u2013 From Anna Nagar to Avadhpuri. <\/p>\n

\u2013 From ITI to Anna Nagar. <\/p>\n

\u2013 From Piplani to Gandhi Chowk. <\/p>\n

\u2013 Security Line to Subhash Nagar Shamghat Ghat Road. <\/p>\n

\u2013 Vijay Market to Barkheda Pathani Marg. <\/p>\n

\u2013 Saket Nagar access road from Rose Garden. <\/p>\n

Roads are used by everyone, but the agency which is responsible for the maintenance of roads should take care of the repair of the roads. <\/p>\n

Township roads should be better. The facilities of citizens should be increased. BHEL factory employees also pass through dilapidated roads. Therefore the roads must be good. <\/p>\n
