Madhya Pradesh Health Department has decided that officers and employees working on deputation six months before their retirement will be sent back to their parent department. This will be done for timely settlement of pension and other dues cases, so that there is no difficulty after retirement.<\/h2>\n

Madhya Pradesh Health Department has taken an important decision for the officers and employees. Six months before retirement, all government servants working on deputation will be sent back to their parent department. Its objective is to timely settle the cases of pension and other dues.<\/p>\n

The Health Department has issued instructions to all the offices that experts, medical officers and other employees working under the Health and Medical Education Department, who are on deputation in various institutions, will have to return to their parent department six months before their retirement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Settlement of pensions and titles<\/h3>\n

The main reason for this decision is that if the officers retire at the place of deputation, there may be difficulty in their pension and other entitlements matters. When employees are on deputation, their unique employee code is transferred from the Directorate of Health Services, which creates problems in pension matters.<\/p>\n

The Health Department has clarified that the period of deputation is two years, which can be extended for another two years as per requirement. After the end of the deputation period, all government servants will have to return to their parent department.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
