However, one of these two women, Suraj Bai, had to spend 14 years in jail. A division bench comprising Justice GS Ahluwalia and Justice Vishal Mishra directed the trial court to initiate action against the prosecution witnesses for perjury and giving evidence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Suraj Bai was accused of killing her brother-in-law with the help of her relative Bhuri Bai and trying to make the incident look like suicide by hanging the body from a tree. The court gave him relief last week.
