Noel Tata has been appointed as the new chairman of Tata Trusts. This decision has been taken unanimously in the meeting of Tata Trust held on Friday. This has been said in a report by CNBC-TV18. Noel Tata is the half brother of Ratan Tata. Tata Trust had two meetings on Friday. One meeting was held to pay tribute to Ratan Tata and the other meeting was held to appoint the new chairman. Let us tell you that Ratan Tata died late on Wednesday night in Mumbai. His funeral took place yesterday i.e. on Thursday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With this appointment, Noel Tata has become the 11th chairman of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and the sixth chairman of Sir Ratan Tata Trust. Noel Tata, Naval H. Tata and Simon N. He is the son of Tata. Noel Tata was already a trustee of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust. These two trusts have 66% stake in Tata Sons.
