Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani reached the court of Shirdi Sai Baba in Nashik, Maharashtra on Thursday. He bowed his head at the feet of Sai Baba and offered a white sheet. Before this, Gautam Adani was welcomed by Sai Sansthan’s Chief Executive Officer Goraksh Gadhilkar. During this, former BJP MP Sujay Vikhe was also present.<\/p>\n
Earlier on June 24, the annual general meeting (AGM) of all the listed companies of the Adani Group, the country’s infrastructure leader, was held. Earlier in the week, Gautam Adani addressed his 6.7 million shareholders.<\/p>\n
Gautam Adani, a first-generation entrepreneur of India’s largest infrastructure company, highlighted three important themes in his address: the group’s ability to overcome external challenges, India’s rise on the global stage, and future opportunities for the group and its wider shareholder base of 6.7 million shareholders across 11 listed companies.<\/p>\n
Soft-spoken Gautam Adani, who grew up in the desert of Gujarat, underscored the values \u200b\u200bhis mother taught him, saying, \u201cThe true measure of our success is less about our achievements and more about our ability to persevere in the face of adversity. This is a lesson I learnt from my mother. Growing up in the harsh desert of Banaskantha, I learnt from my mother that true strength lies in perseverance.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said, “It is this perseverance that gave us the strength to build one of the best companies in the country. We have proven our mettle in the face of unprecedented attacks on ourselves.” He attributed the group’s comeback to its core values \u200b\u200bof courage, faith and commitment.<\/p>\n
Highlighting India’s growing influence in the world and the Group’s important role in addressing climate change, Gautam Adani said, “The world is watching India rise. This is India’s time. We are now a force for stability, cooperation and progress in this complex world.
