More than a dozen children were injured (Injury Report) when a school bus overturned in Bhikangaon in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred at 9 am on Saturday. However, no child is said to be seriously injured. A major accident was averted. Police and local officials reached the spot as soon as the information was received.
All the children were taken to Bhikangaon hospital with the help of villagers. At present, minor injuries are reported in the hands, legs and body of the children. All the injured children are being given initial treatment in Bhikangaon hospital itself. High speed is said to be just sudden out of control and overturning. The school bus was bringing children from nearby villages to Gyandeep School (Education Matters) located in Bhikangaon. Police force had reached the spot. Police took all the children to Bhikangaon with the help of villagers.
