A big revelation has come to light in the case of the death of DSP’s brother-in-law in Piplani police station area of ​​Bhopal. In the initial investigation, it was believed to be death due to heart attack (Bhopal), but after the short post-mortem report confirmed the death due to assault, now this case has been converted into murder. Police have registered a case of murder under section 103(1) against both the accused constables.

Two policemen — Santosh Bamania and Saurabh Arya — have been made accused in the death of deceased Udit Gayaki (22 years). Both of them are accused of brutally beating Udit, due to which his condition deteriorated and later he died. According to police officials, after the report came, it became clear that the cause of death was not heart attack but physical injuries.

This incident happened at around 1:15 am on Thursday-Friday night near Shreyas Coaching Center located in Indrapuri C-Sector of Piplani. Udit was roaming in the car with his friends Akshat Bhargava and Dipesh Barkade. During this, constables Santosh Bamnia and Saurabh Arya posted on night patrolling stopped them. As the argument escalated, Udit started running away from there, but the policemen caught him and beat him badly, even his shirt was torn. According to witnesses, he was repeatedly hit with sticks, after which Udit’s condition deteriorated.

Friends took him to the hospital, doctors declared him dead

After the fight, the three friends left from there towards Hathakheda Dam and then Khajuri Road. When Udit’s health deteriorated on the way, he was immediately taken to Sai Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Initially it was believed that he had a heart attack, but later investigation revealed the truth.

Outrage and police station siege

After the incident, anger spread among the victim’s family and people of eastern society. Hundreds of people reached Piplani police station and demanded immediate action against the accused. The protesters (Bhopal) said that if the police themselves commit crimes, then how will the common people get justice. On the demand of the family, the police finally registered a case of murder.
