Zubin Garg death case: Cousin police officer Sandipan Garg arrested, was with him at the time of the accident

A new twist has emerged in the investigation into the death of Assamese singer Zubin Garg. CID has arrested Zubin Garg’s cousin Sandipan Garg. Sandipan Garg is an Assam Police Service (APS) officer. It is being told that he was with Zubin when this incident happened. CID has so far arrested five people in this case.

Giving information about the arrest of Sandipan Garg, SIT chief and Special DGP (CID) Munna Prasad Gupta told a news agency that the SIT/CID of Assam Police has arrested APS officer Sandipan Garg in the case of the death of singer Zubeen Garg.

Five people arrested so far

CID is taking strict action regarding the death of Zubin Garg. The CID has so far arrested five people in the case, including event organizer Shyamkanu Mahanta, Jubin’s manager Siddharth Sharma, his bandmate Shekhar Jyoti Goswami, co-singer Amritprava Mahanta and now his brother APS officer Sandipan Garg.

Government will file a police case

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma warned that the government will register a police case against those who instigated the death of Zubin Garg and strict action will be taken against them. Sarma said that some people are trying to make Assam Nepal. Such people will not be released at any cost. The government will register a case against those who instigated people on the Zubeen Garg issue. He said that I am sure that the police will also interrogate Gaurav Gogoi in this matter.

Gogoi accused CM

Gogoi accused the CM of obstructing the investigation into Zubin’s death. Gogoi said that the CM’s aim is not to provide justice to Zubin but to save Shyamkanu Mahant, because he has close relations with the Mahant. He requested the CM to please stop trying to save the Mahant.
