In the Madhya Pradesh Collectors-Commissioners Conference, emphasis has been laid on ensuring 100% availability of teachers in government schools. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain said that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, qualitative improvement in education is necessary. He stressed that education is a fundamental issue in the roadmap of developed India. Without this the goals of development cannot be achieved.
Emphasis on training of teachers
Madhya Pradesh It has been said to lay emphasis on training of teachers to improve education. The Chief Secretary directed that a fixed schedule of training should be prepared through a group of teachers having excellent education skills. He said that the work of trekking of children should be continued starting from Anganwadi till the last class of the school. Additional Chief Secretaries Ashok Varnwal and Sanjay Dubey gave suggestions on the role of Jan Shikshaks in relation to qualitative improvement in education.
Use of e-attendance app
At the beginning of the session, Secretary School Education Dr. Sanjay Goyal said that the main point of Developed Madhya Pradesh-2047 includes providing high quality, employment-oriented, inclusive and value-based education to every child. For qualitative improvement of education, efforts are being made to ensure 100 percent attendance of government teachers through e-attendance app.
The percentage of e-attendance in Rajgarh district is 94 percent. While discussing the board exam results in the session, it was told that in the year 2024-25, more than 87 percent students achieved success in class 10th board exam and about 83 percent students achieved success in class 12th. Secretary Women and Child Development G.V. Rashmi gave information about the innovations being done in Anganwadi centres.
National Framework Aadhar Shila has been created for teaching children aged 3 to 6 years enrolled in Anganwadi and Navchetna Framework has been created for children below 3 years of age. Under Nipun Bharat Mission, 100% enrollment of children in Anganwadi centers is being ensured. Principal Secretary of Tribal Affairs Department, Gulshan Bamra informed that more than 93 percent students have been given admission in the ashram schools and hostels run by the department.
Parakh app has been launched from September 2025 for inspection of ashram schools and hostels. The Central Government has made one time registration mandatory for scholarship from class 9 to college level on the National Scholarship Portal.
Information given on best practice
Shajapur Collector gave information about the best practice of Nipun Bharat Mission. Chhatarpur Collector presented the Model Anganwadi Project, Collector Neemuch presented the quality education in government schools and Jhabua Collector presented the Best Practice Video Analysis.
