Chhattisgarh liquor scam: Strict action of ED, summons issued to Excise Officers

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has now summoned the Excise Officers involved in the scam by sending summons in the scam of Rs 3200 crore in Chhattisgarh. After this summon of ED, discussions have started once again about the preparation of a big action. For the last three days, Excise Officer has been going to ED office and recording the statement. It includes all the officers who have got bail from the Supreme Court recently.

In fact, the Supreme Court has given ED and EOW/ACB three months and two months to present the main challan of the liquor scam. About 30 officers are included in the Excise Officers who are sending summons to the Excise Officers. Information about the name of Ashish Srivastava is being reported later.

Excise officials have got bail from Supreme Court
Explain that in the liquor scam, when the EOW/ACB presented the challan in the court, after that the state government had made 22 excise officials. In this, 7 officers have retired. Currently all 22 officers are suspended, these 22 officers have been accused of taking more than Rs 88 crore as a commission. These excise officers have been granted bail from the Supreme Court.

Summons have been sent to these excise officers
Excise Deputy Commissioner Animesh Netam, Arvind Kumar Patle, Neetu Notani, Nohar Singh Thakur, Vijay Sen Sharma, Assistant Commissioner Pramod Kumar Netam, Vikas Kumar Goswami, Naveen Pratap Singh Tomar, Rajesh Jaiswal, Manjushree Kaser, Dinkar Vasnik, Ashish Vasnik, Saurabh Bakhshi, Prakash Pal, Ram Bakhshi, Prakash Pal, Rama Sidar, Ram Sidar and Sonal Nation Summons have been issued to officers Mohit Kumar Jaiswal, Garibpal Singh Dardi, Iqbal Ahmed Khan, Jarnadan Singh Kaurav and Nitin Kumar Khanduja. Apart from this, retired Excise Officers AK Singh, JR Mandavi, GS Narut, Devlal Vaidya, AK Anant, Vedram Lahre and LL Dhruv have also been issued summons.
