The visionary leadership and Finance Minister of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Shri O.P. At the initiative of Chaudhary, the country’s first state -of -the -art Smart Registration Office was inaugurated in Atal Nagar, Nawa Raipur. The office was inaugurated by the State Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Finance Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Aggarwal and Shri School Education Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav and other dignitaries were present.
On this occasion, Mrs. Veena Dewangan of Raipur made a sale deed and made digital payments. His registry was displayed by paying cashless payment in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma.
PPP model based – Registry will now be fast, transparent and convenient
This office is designed on the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model, which aims to make civil services intensified, transparent and corresponding to modern standards. Now instead of going to crowded government offices to register a house, shop or land, citizens will be able to register their registry in 12 to 15 minutes in an environment like passport and airport office.
Equipped with modern facilities – citizens will get better experience
The new smart registration offices have been designed to give citizens a pleasant and convenient experience. Its main features include state -of -the -art and air -conditioned campus, where citizens will be able to wait for their turn comfortably. Free Wi-Fi and charging stations are available here, so that people can use their time properly. With the help of Q-Management System and Digital Display Board, long lines will get rid of long lines and will get information about documents and fees immediately. Trained helpdesk staff will help citizens at every step. Clean drinking water and airport-style washroom have been taken special care of hygiene and convenience.
Target to make 117 registration offices smart
The Government of Chhattisgarh has targeted to equip all 117 registration offices of the state with world class facilities within the next one year. In the first phase, 10 offices are being developed, out of which this office of Nava Raipur is fully prepared. In view of the success of this model, the Government of India is also considering developing registration offices across the country on the same lines.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that the Smart Registration Office is the beginning of a new era of good governance and civil facilities in the state. This initiative will strengthen Chhattisgarh as a welfare state. He said that this initiative underlines that civil facility is the basic basis of good governance.
Deputy Chief Minister Diway on this occasion Departmental Minister and Finance Minister Shri O.P. Giving congratulations and best wishes to Chaudhary, he said that this initiative is a new model of civil facilities not only in Chhattisgarh but also in the whole country. He said that such state -of -the -art facilities in the government office definitely show the new direction of changes and good governance in Chhattisgarh.
Finance Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary said that civil services are our top priority and the Smart Registration Office is a direct result of the government’s good governance and commitment to civil facilities. He said that in the coming time, this state will lead the country not only in registration services but also in other civil services. Smart Registration Office will bring ease, transparency and trust in the lives of citizens and establish a new identity of good governance.
