Finance Minister OP Chaudhary has said that urban facilities for common citizens in Raigad are expanding rapidly. Our goal is to develop Raigad as a beautiful and systematic city. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, a rapid infrastructure is being constructed in the state.
Finance Minister Chaudhary was addressing the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of CC Road to be built at a cost of Rs 48.44 lakh in ward number 41 Turkumuda of Raigad city today and the land construction work at a cost of Rs 10 lakh. On this occasion, he also announced approval of Rs 15 lakh for the construction of Chhat Ghat near Santoshi temple.
Finance Minister Chaudhary said that the Raigad division is the first district outside the headquarters where the Prayas Vidyalaya is being operated. Here preparations are being made for various entrance examinations like engineering, medical, law. Nalanda campus is being established to provide national level library facilities. Where youth will be able to prepare various competition examinations easily. Similarly, work has started on other projects like music college, oxygen.
Finance Minister Chaudhary further said that to provide financial strength to farmers, 21 quintals of paddy are being purchased from a value of Rs 31 hundred per quintal. Farmers were given a bonus of two years. Similarly, in Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana, more than 1200 devotees of Raigad district have visited Ayodhya, Kashi and other pilgrimages. After the formation of the state government, a large number of housing construction has been approved and their work is going on fast. Due to this, the dream of a pucca house of poor families is coming true. Raigad Mayor Jeevardhan Chauhan and local public representatives, administrative officers and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
