A review meeting of the Superintendent-Adhikas of Ashram-Hadhakas was held in Indravati Hall of District Office Bijapur under the chairmanship of Collector Sambit Mishra. Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Additional Collector, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development and all the divisional convenors, officers and officers and employees were present in the meeting.

In the meeting, the Collector gave many important instructions to strengthen the arrangements of the ashram-hukh. In which health check -ups were made mandatory for all students 2 times a month. In view of the weather, instructions were given to conduct malaria tests and give medicines in separate rooms if found infected. Instructions were given to make permanent caste, residence certificate, Ayushman card, Aadhaar card and birth certificate of the students. Emphasis was laid on ensuring quality monitoring superintendent and divisional convenor of sanctioned construction works. Facilities medicines were instructed to keep First -Ad Box compulsory in every ashram -hawk and to ensure availability of medicines of seasonal diseases. Students interested in sports were asked to register in Bastar Olympics. The students were instructed to make breakfast, mid-day meal and protein-rich greens and vegetables available in dinner and send pictures of food to the nodal officer every day.

During the inspection of the nodal officers, the presence of Superintendent, Superintendent was made mandatory. During the holidays of Dussehra and Deepawali, students were instructed to send home only in the presence of parents.

Essay, painting and sports activities were compulsorily conducted in Seva Pakhwara Ashram Ashram and Sports and asked to send a report and photograph office. Instructions were given to run special classes for preparation for admission in Utkarsh schools, give 2 information related to general knowledge daily and small quiz competitions were given. Emphasis was also laid on encouraging weaker students by paying special attention to them.

Collector Sambit Mishra said that for the all-round development of the students living in the ashram-hosks, the Superintendent-Officer will have to take out their responsibilities seriously. CEO Zilla Panchayat Namrata Chabe, Additional Collector Bhupendra Agarwal and Assistant Commissioner Tribal Vikas Devendra Singh were present in the meeting.
