Inspired by the neighbor, Shri Gore Singh Rajput also took advantage of the Prime Minister Suryaghar Free Power Scheme. He said that through the scheme, a three -kilowatt solar panel was installed on the roof of his house, which was a total cost of one lakh 95 thousand rupees and a subsidy of 78 thousand rupees was received from the central government. He said that now his monthly electricity bill has become almost zero and he is completely self -sufficient for the power supply of the house. Shri Rajput said, “By adopting solar energy, we are not only bringing balance to our expenses, but are also contributing to the protection of the environment. This scheme has made our life easy and financially empowered. This experience is also becoming an inspiration for other local residents.”

Prime Minister Shri Modi and Chief Minister Shri Sai have provided clean and cheap energy to citizens through this scheme.
