On the special initiative of Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration and Development Minister Arun Saw, the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry has sanctioned Rs 50 crore to open the Adarsh Suvidha Kendra in the urban bodies of the state. In the first phase, these centers will be started in all 14 municipal corporations and all 55 municipalities. These facilities will work like an integrated center for obtaining various certificates and licenses to citizens and services like registration and grievance redressal. The Government of India has sanctioned this amount for the Citizen Experience Center under Municipal Shared Services Center to open the Adarsh Facilitation Center based on all types of services related to urban bodies.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has expressed his gratitude to the Central Government for approving the proposal of the State Government to establish an Adarsh Suvidha Kendra in urban bodies. He said that this initiative reflects our commitment to good governance, under which we are committed to provide transparent, time -bound and accessible services to the citizens of the state. Every citizen of Chhattisgarh gets better facilities and standard of living, this is the goal of our government. The Adarsh Facilitation Center is an important step in this direction, which will make the urban administration more effective.
Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw said that according to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government of good governance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai is working by making a planned action plan to provide better facilities to the citizens of urban bodies. A proposal was sent by the Urban Administration Department under the Municipal Shered Services Center to set up the Citizen Experience Center in the state through the State Urban Development Agency (SUDA). The Government of India has approved this proposal of Chhattisgarh and approved Rs 50 crore for this. These citizen experiences will serve as a one-stop hub for the Municipal Services related to the Urban Bodies. Saw has congratulated the citizens of the state by thanking Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal for approval to the proposal.
Deputy Chief Minister Saw said that through the “One State – One Portal” single platform through the Citizen Experience Centers, citizens on the lines of the single platform “Birth, death, marriage, marriage, vending, license services for advertisement, property tax, property, water/sewerage, solid services, registration services, registration for property booking, registration for property booking, facilitation and digital support services and digital support services The benefits will be accessible and timely. He said that this center will simplify and standardize civil services as well as remove administrative obstacles, which will increase transparency and accountability between people and officers of urban bodies. What is ideal facility center
Adarsh Suvidha Kendra will act like an integrated center for all services related to public facilities in urban bodies. Through this center, necessary documents and facilities will be provided to the citizens in urban bodies. Also, other services and facilities related to other citizen facilities such as diagnosis-1100, Peacock Sangwari, Property and other services and urban administration will also be associated with the Adarsh Facilitation Center.
How will citizens get facilities
To get services through the Adarsh Suvidha Kendra, citizens have to enter/submit/submit the application related to their intended services to the facility center. On the basis of the nature and virtue of the application received from the citizens, the urban body will be resolved within the stipulated time frame through the Adarsh Suvidha Kendra. This entire process will be related to the online system and its monitoring will be done through the State Level Command and Control Center established in the State Urban Development Agency.
