Trump called him “triple sabotage” and said that the United Nations should be “embarrassed” on it.

Posting on Truth Social on Wednesday, Trump wrote, “A real shameful incident took place in the United Nations yesterday – neither one, not two, but three very mysterious events!”
First accident: escalator
As soon as Trump and Italian PM Georgia Meloni climbed on the escalator who leads to the main speech hall, he suddenly stopped. Regarding this, Trump said, it suddenly stopped. Meloni and I did not fall forward because we were holding Handrel tightly. Otherwise it would have been disgusted. It was absolutely conspiracy. Those who are behind it should be arrested. After this incident, Trump and Meloni had to climb on the closed escalator.
Second accident: teleprompter
When Trump arrived on the stage of Mahasabha (UNGA), the teleprompter suddenly stopped. He said, I was standing in front of millions of TV audiences and world leaders sitting in the hall. My teleprompter was not working. I immediately thought, ‘Wow, first escalator incident and now teleprompter. What is this place? “
After this, Trump gave a 57 -minute speech without a teleprompter. After 15 minutes, the teleprompter started working again. He said, the good thing is that the speech was highly praised. Perhaps people liked that very few people could do this.
Third accident: voice closed
Trump said that after finishing the speech, he was told that the voice in the Mahasabha Hall was completely closed and the world leaders could not listen to him until he put earpieces.
He said, after the speech, I first asked Meloni – ‘How was it?’ So he said- ‘I did not listen to you. According to Trump, these three incidents were not coincidence but “conspired against him in the United Nations.
He said, I am sending its letter to the General Secretary and demands immediate investigation. All security cameras footage should be preserved on the escalator, especially the emergency stop button. It is included in this secret service.
Citing the report of The London Times, Trump said that the UN employees were talking about closing the escalator “in joking”. Trump further said, I found only two things from the United Nations – a bad escalator and a bad teleprompter.
UN replied
The United Nations reply to this has also come out. Stefan Dujarik, spokesman for UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres, said that the incident happened due to the security system. He said, a videographer, who had climbed on the escalator and was filming backwards from the President and First Lady, as soon as he reached up, the escalator stopped at the same time.
Investigation revealed that the safety mechanism of the above “Comb Step” was active, which stopped itself.
He said that this system is to protect people from getting trapped or stretched.
The technician then rested the escalator and Trump reached his speech hall. There was welcomed by Deputy General Secretary Amina Mohammad.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Levit said, if someone in UN deliberately stopped the escalator, it should be immediately dismissed and brought under investigation.
