After the decrease in the GST rates in the country, the Gazette notification issued by the Commercial Tax Department of Madhya Pradesh has been taxed on beef. In this notification, Go meat is GST free. Now a dispute has started about this. State Congress President Jeetu Patwari has opposed the decision of 0% GST on beef. He says that this decision has been taken to promote beef exports. He said that the Congress will strongly oppose it.

On Tuesday (September 23), in the capital Bhopal, Congress President Jeetu Patwari held a press conference with priests and attacked the central and state government fiercely. He alleged that the Center has freed the meat of bovine animals from GST. He said that the government talks a lot about cows and on the other hand the government is leaving the cows to cut. He said that the state Congress will oppose this decision and will agitate in the whole of Madhya Pradesh on 26-27 September.

‘Cows will not be cut at any cost’

Jeetu Patwari said that the Madhya Pradesh government has reduced the GST rates on the meat of cow dynasty animals. What is its message? The Gobhakt did not get a word from the Chief Minister’s mouth. He said that the Congress party will oppose this decision. Patwari said that we will not let cow be cut at any cost and will not allow beef to be exported. He said that BJP takes votes in the name of cow but has actually failed to protect the cow. ‘Demonetisation and GST benefit the rich’

Patwari alleged that both demonetisation and GST decisions were taken by the Modi government to benefit the rich.

‘Fake cow will bring the face of devotees to the public’

BJP retaliated

Here BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma Jeetu Patwari retaliated on the allegations of Jeetu Patwari and said that he did not get any such provision in the GST list. Along with this, BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma said that the hand of Kikangres is with cow smugglers. He said that if you are in jail instead of cow bite in Madhya Pradesh, then come to meet.

‘Congress is better if you do not give knowledge on cow kashi’

MLA Sharma said that Jeetu wants to make it clear that the BJP government has enacted a law to stop cow kashi in the year 2004 itself. He said that it is better if the Congress cutting a cow at the intersection in Kerala, it is better if it does not give knowledge on cow kashi. He said that the Congress government led by Kikalnath in which Jeetu Patwari was the minister was bringing laws in favor of cow smugglers. Kamal Nath government wanted to put cow parents in jail.

Further, he said that there is a provision of imprisonment for 10 years for cow kashi, cow smugglers on the land of Kimidhya Pradesh.
