Today violence and war continues in many parts of the world. While there is a war going on from Sudan and Middle East to Russia-Ukraine, now it can come in the grip of South Asia and directly behind it is US President Donald Trump. US President Donald Trump on Sunday warned Afghanistan on the issue of returning the Bagram Airbase to the US, saying that if Kabul does not accept his demand, then there will be bad things.
After this threat, the Afghan Taliban can enforce, as it has already rejected this demand of America. Trump said in a post on Truth Social, “If Afghanistan does not return the airbase to the America, ie America, then bad things are going to happen.”
What does Trump’s warning mean?
Trump had earlier said that he was trying to deploy American troops at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, after the US Army fleeing from the country in 2021, the Taliban controlled this air base.
On Friday, Trump told the media that he is talking to Afghanistan about this. Shortly after this, the Taliban issued a statement and rejected his demand. Now this warning of Trump is being extracted many meanings that Trump can once use force to send his armies to Afghanistan and Afghanistan may once again surround the struggle.
Not easy Bagram Airbase?
According to a report by Reuters, the Afghanistan administration is against handing over the control of the airbase to Trump. Earlier, the Taliban forces have controlled Kabul after a 20 -long battle and chased the US Army from their country.
On Trump’s warning, former US officials warned that re -capturing Bagram airbase would be like the US again and again, and this action may require thousands of military personnel and defense equipment.
