According to the information, Rajaram Bilagar, a resident of village Kohka Malka of Dindori tehsil, had lodged a complaint in EOW on September 11 that Patwari had sought a bribe of Rs 4 thousand for the nomination.
After the complaint was confirmed, the 12 -member team of EOW laid a trap and caught Patwari red handed taking bribe in a rented house. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 7A Prevention of Corruption Act.
