Late organized by Raipur Press Club Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has greeted the first prize to senior photographer Narendra Bangle of Janman Patrika in Vinay Sharma Smriti photography competition. In his greeting message, he said that this picture, depicting the story of 25 years of development of Chhattisgarh beautifully, is a living example of technical change in public life and women empowerment. This achievement is the honor of the progress and changing nature of Chhattisgarh.
