A crima drama film called ‘Nisanchi’ is going to be released in theaters on September 19, which has been directed by Anurag Kashyap. Aishwarya Thackeray is making her debut through this film, who is the grandson of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray. The story of ‘Nisanchi’ is from Kanpur. Now Anurag has told about why he cast Aishwarya in this film.
In an interview, Anurag Kashyap said, “I find actors who suit the role and give me time to prepare. I saw (Aishwarya) ability in it, because he did a monologue of Manoj Bajpayee with the film ‘Shul’. I did not know that he was Thackeray. I did not even know that he is a Maharashtrian.”
Aishwarya did not do another film
Anurag Kashyap told that he had told Aishwarya that he had to prepare and he has to become Kanpuriya for his character. Anurag said, “He worked. He gave me four years of his life and the film. There was also a condition that he would not do anything other than this.” According to Anurag, Aishwarya did not do any other film from the beginning of Nisanchi.
Aishwarya is interested in music
Anurag also said, “When I met him, he told me who he is. He was more interested in music and also used to do acting workshops. I gave him a script and he was very excited.” The trailer of this film was revealed on 3 September, which was highly praised.
Anurag Kashyap has also spoken on this film. He said, “I have always believed that crime results. I have never tried to glorify crime. My perspective in different films has been different and always has a result.”
