Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched the fourth edition of Gandisagar Forest Retreat at Gandhi Sagar in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. This retreat has been developed by Lalluji & Sons in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, which is a unique confluence of luxury camping, adventure tourism and cultural activities.
During the Gandhisagar Forest Retreat, tourists will be able to enjoy exciting activities like hot-air ballooning, jet skiing, kayaking, paramotoring and motor boating in Tent City. Along with this, wildlife safari in Gandhisagar Sanctuary, Heritage Trail of Hinglajgarh Fort and rural life experiences will also be part of the attraction of tourists.
Over 40 species of butterflies
This retreat emphasizes environmental protection and biodiversity. More than 4,000 nutritious and pollen species plants have been planted in the butterfly garden developed in an area of about 2,500 square meters. There are already 40 butterfly species of butterflies. This center will prove to be helpful for tourists to study the life cycle of butterflies as education and interpretation site.

Apart from this, this season, the Rock Art Interpretation Zone, which is inspired by the ancient rock painting art of Chaturbhuj Nala, and activities such as biodiversity walks have also been included.
