Even after the resignation of KP Sharma Oli, the political mercury of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, has risen. The name of former Nepal Chief Justice Sushila Karki is not being agreed between the generation-Z with the interim Prime Minister. Therefore, many protesters of Generation-Z have reached the army headquarters to create a ruckus. In view of the performance of Generation-Z, the army has pointed guns on the protesters.

The sniper has taken the front on all the routes leading to the army headquarters. There is no disturbance of any kind, so the army has taken this decision. On the other hand, the army chief has sent Karki to the exercise of formation of the government. Both will meet President Ramchandra Paudel after the talk between Karki and Army Chief.

Why is the screw stuck in Karki’s name?

Generation-Z has carried forward the name of Sushila Karki through online voting, but many protesters of Generation-Z do not agree on her name. Kathmandu Mayor Balen Sah has supported Karki’s name, but the matter has not been made yet.

There are many people, including the deputy mayor of Kathmandu, who themselves want to hold this post. Durga Prati, who supported the monarchy, has even met the army chief. Durga Prati says that if no one will take responsibility, then we will fulfill it.

On the other hand, former Prime Minister Pushp Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Sher Bahadur Deuba and KP Sharma Oli have said to decide according to the constitution. Former PM Baburam Bhattarai says that a meeting of the House of Representatives should be called. All decisions should be taken in it.

The Constitution of Nepal states that the interim government will not be formed until the House of Representatives cannot be dissolved. Currently the House of Representatives is not dissolved. The President has the right to dissolve. That is, the final decision has to be taken by the President itself.
