A newly married woman committed suicide by hanging himself in Bhatnwara village of Gunore police station area of Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. The family has accused the in -laws of the in -laws of harassment and murder for dowry. Police has started investigation by conducting a post -mortem of the body. According to the information, 21 -year -old Sapna Dahayat, a resident of Bhatnwara, finished his life by hanging himself in his in -laws’ house on Sunday afternoon.
According to family members, Sapna was married to Ramchandra Dahayat on 17 November 2024. At the same time, Gunore SDOP and police station in -charge Deepak Bhadoria reached the spot with his team as soon as the incident of suicide was received. The police have taken the body and sent it for postmortem. The family members of the deceased accused the daughter’s husband and her family of murder, saying that the daughter was often tortured for dowry. He was being harassed since marriage. But for a few months, the daughter kept on waste and did not tell us anything.
Serious allegations against in -laws
The family of the deceased has made serious allegations against the in -laws. Sapna’s mother said that her in -laws used to constantly harass her daughter for dowry. He alleged that his daughter had been murdered. He told that more donations were given dowry than his status, but still the in -laws in -laws did not mind. The mother of the deceased has demanded justice. And demanded strict action against the accused.
Police engaged in action
After the incident, the police has started investigation on all aspects in view of the seriousness of the case. Station in -charge Deepak Bhadoria said that the police has established the path and the relatives and relatives of the deceased are also being questioned. After the post -mortem, the body was handed over to the family members. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire village due to this incident. The family of the deceased is in shock and is in a bad state. Police say that the truth of the case will be revealed only after the investigation is completed.
