In Ujjain, a car suddenly became unbalanced and fell down from the large bridge of the Shipra river on Saturday night. Seeing the car falling down, people immediately informed the police about this. After this, a rescue of people trapped in the car was started in the presence of senior officials along with Municipal Corporation, NDRF, SDRF, Home Guard and local divers. The police did not get any success at night in this rescue operation, which started at around 9 pm, but in the morning the police came to know that the corpse of a person was floating in Bhairavgarh area.

When the police reached the spot and removed this corpse from the river, the corpse was identified as Ashok Sharma, in -charge of the police station. During this time, the police also came to know in the investigation that the car which fell into the Shipra river was not of anyone else but the police in -charge Ashok Sharma along with Sub Inspector Madanlal Ninama and women constable Aarti Pal. Giving information about the whole case, SP Pradeep Sharma said that the car fell from the bridge of Shipra river belonged to the police.
