The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup was played in 2022, held in New Zealand. For the previous version, the price of children’s tickets was 7 New Zealand dollars i.e. around Rs 350 or 4.45 US dollars, while the lowest ticket for adults was 17 NZD, which is equivalent to Rs 850 or 10 US dollars, which is eight and a half times more than the current World Cup ticket price. Let us know that India and Sri Lanka are hosting this tournament. The inaugural match of the Women’s World Cup will be played in Guwahati on 30 September and the sale of tickets has been started by the ICC about four weeks before that.

For your information, let us know, eight teams are participating in the 13th edition of the Women’s Cricket World Cup, including co-scripture India and Sri Lanka, apart from Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, Bangladesh, England and South Africa. All teams will play the match in Round Robin format. Each team will have to face the remaining seven teams in one match. In the points table, four top teams will clash in the semi -finals and then the final will be held directly, which will be held on 2 November.

Pakistan’s team will play all their matches in Sri Lanka. If the team reaches the final, the final will also be held in Sri Lanka. If Pakistan’s team is out, then it will be in India in the final. Earlier, the ICC announced a record prize money for the Women’s World Cup. The ICC has set up 13.88 million US dollars for this event, which is four times higher than the 2022 version. The 3.5 million US dollar prize money was for the previous edition.
