The case is of village Bhageh in Gijorera police station area. Ashu Tiwari, who lives here, is having an old dispute between village uncle Murari Mudgal and nephew Mukul Mudgal. In the month of May 2025, Murari Mudgal had a dispute with Ashu Tiwari. Due to this dispute, uncle nephew together beat him up.

In the case, the police had registered a case of beating against uncle nephew, but on 27 July, Mukul Mudgal once again faced Ashu Tiwari. Where Mukul Mudgal fired aerial on Ashu Tiwari. When Ashu Tiwari again complained to the police, the police filed a case against him. When the police started investigating the case, both of them escaped.

Police reached to catch the accused

Now after a month, the police got information that both the absconding uncle are hiding in the education colony of nephew Dabra. On this information, the police team reached the education colony to catch both of them. Here the police saw accused uncle Murari and nephew Mukul standing together.

The accused jumped from the roof

The police caught the accused Murari, but the nephew Mukul started running away and entered the other’s house. After this he reached the roof and jumped from the roof to escape. During this time, when he jumped down, he broke on both of him. The police caught him in an injured condition and admitted him to the Trauma Center of Jayarog Hospital for treatment and then informed his family about the incident.

Family accused police

The family members of the injured Mukul Mudgal reached the hospital. Here he told the family members that the policemen of the police station have been brutally beaten up with him. Because of this, both his legs are broken. Hearing this, the family created a ruckus and accused the police of beating and harassing them.

Truth came in front

The false allegation of the family could not last long. When the police came out of the CCTV camera footage from the scene, the accused himself was seen jumping in it.
