Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai (CM SAI) was attended by Bhado Ekadashi Vrat – 2025 Karma Tihaar Fest program organized by Chhattisgarh Adivasi Kanwar Samaj Youth Division Raipur at Chief Minister’s residence, Nawa Raipur last day. The Chief Minister started the program by offering prayers with traditional legislation.
Chief Minister Sai while addressing the program said that our culture is an invaluable heritage of our ancestors. Preserving this culture and tradition is not only our responsibility, but also moral duty. Such festivals and traditions give society an opportunity to unite, which develops a sense of affection, harmony and harmony.

Chief Minister Sai said that it is a matter of joy that Karma Tihar is being organized by the youth of Kanwar Samaj in the capital Raipur. Many types of Karama Tihar are celebrated in our tribal culture. Today is the Karama Tihar of Ekadashi, which is the festival of our virgin daughters. The aim of this Karama Tihar is that our daughters get the best groom and the best household life. By worshiping Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati, daughters wish for a good groom and good home. After this comes the festival of Dussehra Karama, in which after marriage, when the daughter comes to the maternal home, she keeps a fasting and celebrates the festival of Vijayadashami. Similarly, Jiut Putika Karama is celebrated, in which mothers wish for the longevity of sons and daughters. This is a difficult fast, in which mothers fast for twenty-four hours without consuming food and water.

Our responsibility but also moral duties – Chief Minister

Chief Minister Sai said that tribal society has contributed significantly to the freedom struggle of the country. If we talk about Chhattisgarh, there were 12 tribal revolutions against the British here. Addressing the program, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap said that our tribal culture has been a very rich and glorious tradition. Today we are celebrating Karma Tihar in the discharge of this tradition. Continuous work is being done under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai to promote the preservation and promotion of our culture. Under the leadership of Sai Ji, an Olympics were organized in Bastar division under the name of Bastar Pandu, which was discussed throughout India. On this occasion, Kashyap sent all the wishes of Karma Tihar to all the people of Chhattisgarh, Bhado Ekadashi fast.
