Aam Aadmi Party’s Delhi Pradesh Convenor Saurabh Bhardwaj busted the fake raid of BJP on Tuesday with full evidence. He placed the details of the Red, which lasted for about 19-20 hours in a series, in front of the people of the country and told how the ED officials pressured them to sign the statement written by their will to implicate them. Saurabh Bhardwaj said that first the ED officer shared my statement with someone and talked to someone.
After this, pressure was made to remove some parts from the statement, but I refused. After this, he wrote a statement with ED and said that this is my statement, only a few things have been removed. But I refused to sign it. The ED did not find anything at my house. The result of this red was zero. He demanded that the laptop of ED Assistant Director Mayank Arora and my printer should be given forensic examination, there are my real statements. I have not signed any paper. The earlier Panchnama was signed, but tore it by ED officials.
The search started on Tuesday morning
He said that the ED started searching my house at 7:15 am on Tuesday. It was asked to record my statement. The officials started recording my statement with their laptops. He had 43 questions and I answered each of his questions with complete comfort. The statement was recorded at around 7:15 pm. Meanwhile, at around 6 pm, an ED officer was searching for something on the old paper on the ground floor. He received the affidavit (public document) of the Health Department filed in Delhi High Court there. He said that something has been found. After this, there was a wave of happiness on the face of the ED, while it is a public document.
In contrast to whatever allegations that the ED has made against me inside the FIR, my written instructions are present in the minutes of meetings. Now I am not a minister. So I do not have all the documents. The ED asked that what was your responsibility in the delay in the infrastructure project, and did you do your responsibility or not? I wrote the answer to ED’s questions with the meeting off minutes of the same document.
Saurabh Bhardwaj told the ED that I became a minister on 9 March 2023. I held the first meeting on 22 March for the delay in hospital construction. After this, several meetings were held and all the officers have been instructed to speed up work. My statement was recorded, I also wrote that the whole matter is false and LG Vinay Kumar Saxena of Delhi has tried to trap me by criminal conspiracy.
What did ED get at my house?
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the Panchnama also became what ED got at my house? The seizures of two documents were shown in Caesar. First, there was an affidavit given to the Election Commission while contesting the election of MLA. I also brought the reference to myself. Because an officer asked me my PAN number, I saw all the details in the affidavit. The ED seized this and showed that this is an inkimetative document. Second, the deputy secretary of the Health Department received an affidavit of 89 pages given in the Delhi High Court. It was also dumped in the Panchnama and the signature of the Panchas was taken, which is a public document.
Saurabh Bhardwaj revealed that when it came to signing my statement, the assistant director Mayank Arora shared my statement in front of me with someone. After some time, Mayank came back to Arora. After this, I was asked to remove some parts of the statement. According to PMLA section 17, the person who is making a statement can also be used in court against the statement. This is no law in the whole world, but this is in this only law in India. This statement is with the oath. If I lie in my statement, I will be sent to jail.
