The incident is from the Civil Line Police Station area of Jabalpur. Aamir Ali, a young man working in a paan shop located near Circuit House No. 2 near railway platform number 1, was having dinner at around 1 pm. Two youths riding in a motorcycle reached the shop and started asking for a Rajshri gutkha of 40 rupees.
Aamir said that the shop is closed and the key to open the lock is with the shop owner. On this, both the youths erupted and started abusing. On protesting, one of the accused bitten Aamir’s finger with a tooth, while the other attacked a knife with a knife. Aamir’s rib and waist injuries have suffered serious injuries due to a knife attack. After executing the attack, both the accused escaped from the spot.
Police in search of accused
After the incident, the injured have been admitted to the district hospital Victoria. At the same time, on receiving the information, the Civil Line Police Station reached the spot and on the complaint of the injured, a case of fatal attack has been registered against the accused under Section 296, 109, 351 (2), 3 (5) BNS of the Indian Penal Code.
