India’s market will be filled with Chinese goods again, this plan is forming government!

Taking a big decision, the Government of India has now made up its mind to allow officers of big companies of China to come to India. This will make it easier for Chinese boss and senior officers of companies like Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, BYD and Higher to come to India. For the last five years, India had banned business officers coming from China. According to the report of the Economic Times, now the government has indicated that people whose work is not technical but is connected to management, sales, marketing, finance or HR, it will be easy to get visa.

There was a break on visa after border dispute

In fact, in the year 2020, tension on the border between India and China had increased significantly. After that, the Government of India imposed a strict ban on the arrival of Chinese officers and business representatives. Since then, only those people were getting permission to come to India who were associated with technical work – such as engineer or factory setup experts. That too only when he works with companies with PLI (production linked incentive) scheme of the government.

Not only a visa, the investment coming from China was also tightened. New rules were made, under which any Chinese company was made necessary to get approval from several ministries before investing in India. But now the atmosphere is changing. Negotiations between the two countries have started again. Restoration of direct flights, tourist visa permission and efforts to resolve the border dispute are gradually softening in relationships.

Now India’s CEO will be able to see India’s market again

A spokesman for Xiaomi India said, our leadership team wants to come to India once again. If this new rule applies, then we will be able to understand the market here further. For the last few years, senior officers like Jerome Chen of Vivo India, Figo Zhang of Oppo India and Michael Guo of Reality India have not been able to come to India. All these people were handling their companies from China. Carrier Midea, who sells air conditioners in India, has also been waiting for the approval of a visa for one of its officers for the last three years. He has not received the green signal till now. The same case is of byd India. The company is not able to follow the law of India due to not getting a visa for its two directors, in which it is necessary that at least one director was present in India for 182 days a year.

Companies had made Indian officers due to non -visa

When Chinese officials were not allowed to come to India, many companies started including Indian senior professionals in their board. On the other hand, India’s manufacturing companies such as Dixon Technology, Amber Enterprises and EPAC Durables had to go to China again and again, as their Chinese partners could not come to India. The head of a big manufacturing company said, when the Chinese officers themselves come to India and see our factory and plant, they believe in our ability and intentions. With this, the conversation moves forward quickly and the decisions are also intensified.

India needs Chinese partner, China needs Indian market

In India, 50 to 65 percent of the parts used to make mobiles, TVs, vehicles and other electronic goods also comes from China. That is, India has a lot of dependence on China in this sector. This week, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi came to India. In his conversation with Indian officers, the two countries agreed that now the business will be carried forward. On behalf of the government, Chinese companies have been told that they should work with the companies of India in the sectors who are not sensitive for security. That is, areas where the security of the country is not affected.

Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also going to the city of Tianjin in China at the end of this month. There he will take part in the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping. This will be Modi’s first visit to China in the last 7 years. This tour is expecting a new beginning between the two countries and a new beginning in business.
