Gas leak in pharma factory

The Govindpura Industrial Area of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, stirred up a factory gas leak on Wednesday afternoon. As soon as the information was received, the team of police, fire brigade and SDERF reached the spot, who controlled the gas leakage very carefully and rescued all the people present in the factory.

The incident took place at 3.30 pm in a pharma factory in Govindpura Industrial Area. As soon as the information was received, Govindpura SDM Ravish Kumar Srivastava, SDERF, Municipal Corporation Fire Brigade, Police and Power Company staff reached the spot. After this, the gas was neutralized by adding caustic soda. The situation came under control in about an hour. However, in the meantime, tears started coming in the eyes of the people affected by gas and they also had trouble breathing.

Things became normal in one hour

As soon as the gas leak was reported, the people around the pharma factory got very nervous. He started running away from the spot after saving his life. Meanwhile, immediate information about the incident was given to the police and fire brigade team. As soon as the information was received, the teams of the team police, fire brigade and SDERF were engaged in relief work. He controlled the situation after a hard work of about an hour. During the work, everyone worked wearing masks.

SDM ordered an inquiry

SDM Ravish Kumar Srivastava said that the gas was controlled in time and no one has suffered serious damage. The SDM has ordered to submit the investigation report of the case in two days. He has handed over a joint inquiry into the matter to the team of CMHO, Municipal Corporation and Industries Department. SDM Srivastava said that whoever will be found guilty in the investigation. Strict action will be taken against him.
