It says that this year, August 15 is being considered as the 78th Independence Day in the country. On this occasion, the tricolor should be hoisted at the main gate of all the mosques, dargahs and madrasas of the state.
The Waqf Board has written a letter to all the people of the state and instructed that the national flag should be hoisted honorable on the occasion of Independence Day. Along with this, the national anthem should also be organized. Waqf Board Chairman Dr. Salim Raj said that this decision has been taken to strengthen the message of national unity, harmony and brotherhood.

Waqf Board President Dr. Salim Raj described this decision as important for national unity and brotherhood. He said, ‘Our country is a country of Sufi saints. Here people of every caste religious cult society live together with Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb ‘. He further said that Islam gives the message of love from the country.
Therefore, on the occasion of the festival of independence of the country, one should hoist the flag by performing your love and duty. Dr. Raj said that those who are against it are not patriots. But is a traitor. Such people have no right to live in the country. He said that such an event will strengthen communal harmony among the people.
