Russia will have to suffer results due to not stopping war, Trump’s threat before meeting with Putin

Donald Trump

US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are scheduled to meet on 15 August. This meeting can be focused on Ukraine War. Prior to the meeting, Trump has warned Russia once again, Trump said that if Putin does not show consent on the ceasefire in this meeting, he will have to face serious consequences. Trump also said that there is a good possibility of a second meeting with the Russian President, which can also include Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailonsci.

Ukraine’s President Jailonsky has spoken to European leaders and Trump before meeting Trump-Putin. After the conversation, Jailonsky said that the US is ready to support us and told the US President that Putin was ‘cheating’ about the impact of sanctions.

European leader came openly with Jailonsky

Before the meeting of Putin and Trump, European countries have come forward to openly support Jailonski. German Chancellor Marz said that priority is to ensure ceasefire, he further said that if Russia does not agree, Ukraine’s colleagues should increase pressure on it.

At the same time, Britain’s Prime Minister Kir Starmer promised to continuously support Ukraine and thanked Trump for bringing Putin to the conversation table.

How will the ceasefire be?

Even though Putin’s meeting with Trump has a positive hope for the whole world. But there is still nothing clear on what will be the terms of the ceasefire. Experts believe that Putin may demand some area of Russia in exchange for a ceasefire, while the Ukraine President has rejected the matter of handing over even an inch of his country.

At the same time, Russia has recently captured Ukraine’s area at the ground level. This is not this for the first time to try peace talks. Earlier, officials in Ankara of Türkiye and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia have held meetings on the ceasefire for peace talks. Now we have to see whether Trump can get this ceasefire or another attempt will fail.
