The passengers waiting for Vande Bharat Express and Amrit Bharat trains to Madhya Pradesh will now have to wait even more. Earlier there was a plan to run these trains in October, but now the time to start these trains has been increased. It is believed that both these trains can start from December.
With the introduction of these high speed trains, travel time between Bhopal to Patna and Bhopal to Lucknow will be reduced. Right now more than 15 trains are being run from Bhopal to Lucknow, while 8 trains are being run from Bhopal to Patna. These trains have 40-60 waiting.
Why delay?
According to railway sources, the work of infrastructure is in the final stages before the operation of trains. Both these trains will start from Rani Kamalapati railway station in Bhopal. It is being told that a special washing pit line is being prepared at Rani Kamalapati railway station for these trains. ROH (routine overhalling) shed is also being built here, where Maintenance of Vande Bharat Express can also be done. Its work is likely to be completed by October.
20 coaches will have Amrit Bharat train
An official of Bhopal Railway Division said that these trains will be very effective in connecting Bhopal to Lucknow and Bhopal to Patna. There is a plan to run 8 coaches seating Vande Bharat from Bhopal to Lucknow, while 20 coaches from Bhopal to Patna are planned to run Vande Bharat. These trains are expected to run by the end of the year.
Will get seating and sleeper facility
After the commencement of both these trains, the journey of passengers from Bhopal to Lucknow and Bhopal to Patna will be easy and convenient. Vande, with 8 coaches from Bhopal to Lucknow, will be the option of both Chairkar and Executive Class in India. This high speed train will complete the journey from Bhopal to Lucknow in 8 to 9 hours. Similarly, by running from Bhopal to Patna Amrit Bharat Express, passengers will have better travel experience along with time savings. Sleeper will also be facilitated in this train.
