Tribal identity will get a new flight through sports
Bastar Olympics (CG News) has long been a popular sports competition in tribal areas of Chhattisgarh. Now under “Khelo India”, its organizing will make the identity of tribal sports talents in front of the whole country. This will encourage traditional sports and the cultural identity of the state will also be stronger.
New medical-nursing colleges will open in Raipur and Bilaspur
CM Sai (CG News) also proposed to open a 220-band medical and nursing colleges in Raipur and Bilaspur in the meeting, which has been given by the central government. This will improve the quality of health education in the state and the youth will get new career opportunities in the medical field.
Sports infrastructure will also get a boost
The Chief Minister also demanded to open the Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE) in Chhattisgarh. Also, a proposal was made for the construction of new stadium and training center, on which Union Minister Mandavia assured to approve soon.
High level delegation was also present
In this important meeting (CG News), Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Singh and Secretary Rahul Bhagat were also present. This meeting is being seen as a new beginning in the field of sports and health for Chhattisgarh.
