The traditional festival of Hareli Tihar, for the scent of Chhattisgarhi folk life, started duly at the residence of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today. Chhattisgarh is a state where special types of traditional equipment and goods have been used for every occasion and work. On the occasion of Hareli festival, a glimpse of similar traditional agricultural implements and costumes was seen in the Chief Minister’s residence office, which are invaluable heritage of the rich cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh.

What is a story
Here on the left side, two Golnuma wood structures were kept, which are called Katha. In the old times, when the fork-bunches were not in circulation to weigh paddy in the villages, paddy was measured from the katha itself. Generally, about four kilos of paddy comes in a kilt. Learn Khumri

A thick blanket made of a fiber of Kamara jute, which was used to protect against rain.
Understand the cord of Kansi
This dori is made from the stem of a plant called Kansi. Earlier it was used as a prevention for weaving cot or cot. The process of creating the cord is called a stringing. At the beginning of the rainy season, Kansi plants grow on the rims of the fields, whose stems are cut and made. This lanyard is useful for strong weaving for years.

The lid, a wooden ball, is called a large structure. In ancient times, it was used as an alternative to bag or box in Chhattisgarh. Kalari is prepared by putting an iron pointed hook at the end of the bamboo pole. It is used to reverse the paddy at the time of paddy minjai.
