Training aircraft of Air Force in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka fell victim to an accident. The accident took place at around 1:30 pm on the Milestone School and College building. So far 22 people have died in this accident. With this, more than 170 people were injured.

After this incident in Dhaka, the government has announced a day -long state mourning. At the time when this accident happened, classes were running in the school and hundreds of students were present there. This is the reason that most of the children are included. The Bangladeshi Army has confirmed the Crash of the Air Force F-7 BGI aircraft.

Officials said that 88 injured are undergoing treatment in 7 hospitals in the capital and 25 of them remain in critical condition. He said that 17 bodies have been kept in various hospitals of the capital and the number of dead may increase. Out of these 17 people, there are 10 children, while seven have not been identified. Initial investigation is believed to be of children.

Pilot dies in accident

Fighter jet flew at 1.6 pm and became a victim of the accident for 1:30 pm. The pilot has also died in this accident. Apart from this, many people are seriously injured. After the accident in the aircraft, flames arose and black smoke spread throughout the campus. After this, the students present there were seen running away. Those seriously injured were shifted to the hospital by Air Force helicopter.

Resident surgeon Sean bin Rehman said that two of the injured later died in the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, causing the death toll to 22. Doctors said that the death toll may increase in the coming days. Because the condition of many people remains very serious.

F-7bgi was made in China

In the capital of Bangladesh, Multirol fighter of F-7BGI Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) has been victims of the accident. It is the advance version of China’s Chengdu J-7 fighter, which was built on the lines of the Soviet Union’s MIG-21. Bangladesh bought it in 2011.
