Woman commits suicide
A heartbreaking incident has come to light in the Charagawan area of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, where a mother took a dreadful step like suicide on her son’s birthday. Everyone was surprised to hear this. 24 -year -old Sonia alias Shivani Namdev hanged himself on the night of his four -year -old son Anay’s birthday. While cutting the cake with the son at night, he had asked to give a surprise gift in the morning, but in the morning the husband saw him hanging on the noose. Police and forensic team reached the spot and handed over the dead body to the family members. The family of the deceased accused her husband Ajay Namdev of character suspicion and mental harassment and assault on Jeth Vijay Namdev.
Actually the entire incident is on 22 June when the elder son Anay’s fourth birthday was. There was a birthday atmosphere in the family. At night, Sonia cut the cake for the son at 10 pm and said to give a special surprise gift in the morning. But even before the son got up, Sonia took suicidal steps and swung on the hanging place at the place where the son’s cake was cut. Around five o’clock in the morning, husband Ajay saw that the wife was hanging on the noose. Seeing this view, the husband’s senses flew away and immediately informed the police. But when the son woke up sleeping, he picked up the mother and started asking for a gift, but he did not know that his mother is no longer in this world. Seeing this picture, everyone present on the spot filled the eyes.
Husband used to suspect character
Police station in -charge Abhishek Pyasi, CSP Anjul Ayank Mishra and forensic team reached the spot. After preliminary investigation and Panchnama proceedings, the body was handed over to the family members. The police started investigating the case and recorded the statements of the deceased’s maternal side. The family members of the deceased made serious allegations that Ajay used to doubt Sonia’s character since marriage and assaulted her on the day. The deceased’s brother and parents also alleged that Jeth Vijay Namdev also used to torture him. He claimed that Sonia’s death is not a suicide but a result of domestic violence and mental harassment.
Case filed against husband and Jeth
At the same time, in the entire case, the station in -charge Abhishek Pyasi said that on the basis of all the evidence and the statement of the family, a case was registered against both of them and registered a case against Ajay Namdev and Vijay Namdev in sections of Section 80 and 85 of BNS. Both were arrested and produced in the court, from where they were sent to jail in judicial custody. Police say that the entire case is being investigated by CSP Bargi Anjul Ayank Mishra.
