In Bhopal, school children have been banned from coming to school by e-rickshaws. Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh has taken this decision considering it a serious matter related to the safety of children. He issued an order directing all the schools to stop the school travel of children through e-rickshaws.

E-rickshaws running on city streets are unsafe for children. In these, the school children are not empty of danger, so the children are completely banned from sitting and transporting them. Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh has issued this order in view of the safety of children. Along with this, the first major action has been taken on the fast growing and random-running e-rickshaws in the city.

Collector asked to ban e-rickshaw schools

Please tell that on July 18, Bhopal MP Alok Sharma held a meeting for traffic reform. In this, the collector had asked to ban e-rickshaws in schools. He had said that it is not right to send young children to school by sitting in e-rickshaws. The collector has ordered the MP after the meeting.

E-rickshaws unsafe for students of school

In the order issued by Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, it has been told that on June 27, the e-rickshaw is being used to transport the students and students of the school on the basis of the proposal received with the consent of everyone, now it has been decided to stop it. E-rickshaws are unsafe vehicles to transport students of school students, ensuring safety of young children in the vehicle. In such a situation, the transport of school students is banned by e-rickshaws.

More than 12 thousand e-rickshaw registered

ACP traffic Ajay Vajpayee said that there are about 12 thousand e-rickshaws registered in the city. Although it is not attached to schools, parents send children to school by e-rickshaws according to their convenience. Now the work of stopping them will be done, for which from Monday, teams will go to schools and contact the management and mark children who come to school by e-rickshaws. After this, e-rickshaws will be closed.
