In the show, Anupam Kher recalled the days of struggle and said, ‘When I was looking for work in Bombay, I used to pity for eating good food. At that time my brown color beard used to be a beard and people used to consider me to be English. I played a play named ‘Three Three Penny’ Opera, so a white suit was given to me to wear it, I kept it with me. Then Satish Kaushik and I had one and half who used to wear me white suits and I used to wear glasses with ring, the whole British seemed and those people used to take me to the wedding.
‘We are a big habit of we Indians to see the British. So Satish and those friends used to take me to the wedding and introduce them to them. They used to say that Mr. Burtold Breath from Germany, and Satish always used to say that he is a famous writer of Germany and he has done this… and I used to eat Jalebi, eat Kachori and eat food. And we have attached many such marriages like this.

After finishing his studies from NSD, Anupam Kher stayed in Chandigarh for some time and then came to Bombay (now Mumbai).
