After which the company immediately signed the MoU. This MoU has happened between Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) and Saber. Its purpose is to increase mutual cooperation, to search for opportunities for investment and partnership in Madhya Pradesh.
It has focused on the joint development of sustainable data center technology, emerging cooling solution, green digital infrastructure. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited Submer on the night of 17 July. During his visit, there was also an important discussion between the government and the company management. It was only after this discussion that the company management had said that Madhya Pradesh government and we can work together on continuous AI technical development.

The company has installed systems in data centers, AI laboratories, financial institutions and government computing clusters globally. In May 2022, Sabmar partnered with Ingram Micro India in India.
