Approval for PM Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana.
The Modi cabinet has taken three major decisions. ‘PM Dhan-Dhanya Yojana’ has been approved for farmers. Under this, 24 thousand crore rupees will be improved in 100 districts every year. In Renewal Energy, NTPC has also given a green signal to invest Rs 20 thousand crore. In the third decision, the government has sanctioned Rs 7 thousand crore to NLCIL for investment in Renewal Energy.
After the cabinet meeting, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the purpose of ‘PM Dhan-Dhanya Yojana’ is to increase agricultural productivity, crop diversification and promote sustainable agricultural practices, increase storage capacity after harvesting, improve irrigation facilities and facilitate the availability of loan.
Special things of ‘PM Dhan Dhanya Krishi Krishi Yojana’
- 100 districts will be developed as agricultural districts.
- 100 districts (at least one district from every state) which will be behind the scale of agriculture, will be developed.
- 36 schemes of 11 ministries will be implemented here as consolidated here.
- This is a 6 -year program.
- A allocation of Rs 24000 crore has been made every year.
- This causes development of irrigation facilities and increase agricultural productivity.
- The availability of storage and credit has to be increased after harvesting.
India will be able to invest in Renewables Limited NLC
- The Cabinet also approved a special exemption to NLC India Limited with the current investment guidelines applied to the Navratna public sector enterprises. Ashwini Vaishnav said that with this decision NLCIL will be able to invest Rs 7,000 crore in its full -ridden subsidiary, NLC India Renewables Limited. In return, NIRL will invest in various projects. Along with this, he also congratulated Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla for the success of his mission.
