Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday distributed appointment letters to more than 51,000 selected candidates from across the country under the Prime Minister Employment Fair organized at 47 different sites through video conferencing. On this occasion, the Prime Minister, while addressing the youth, wished him a new role in government service and called for an active participation in nation building.
A grand event was organized by West Central Railway, Bhopal Mandal in Bhopal at Railway Auditorium, Narmada Railway Club, Habibganj. Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was present as the chief guest in the program. He provided appointment letters to 261 newly appointed candidates, out of which 201 was related to 2010 Railways and 60 other central departments (banking, CISF, Narcotics Control Bureau, Postal Department etc.).
In his address, Chauhan underlined the commitment of Prime Minister Modi’s employment generation and said that this fair is an effective step towards making the youth a self -reliant India in the creation of self -reliant India. He called upon the appointed candidates to work with honesty, duty and service spirit.
Union Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar was present as the chief guest at the employment fair held in Ratlam. He said that government job is not only a medium of income, but is a symbol of respect and social security for middle class families. He said that today the youth are not only getting jobs from the central government schemes, but are also moving towards providing employment to others through startups.
More than 500 appointment letters were distributed to selected candidates of various departments in Ratlam. The program was also addressed by the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Industries of Madhya Pradesh and Ratlam MLA Chaitanya Kashyap and said that the employment revolution that is coming in the whole country is unprecedented. The programs organized at both places had a dignity of the concerned divisional railway managers, senior departmental officers, public representatives, selected candidates and their families and media representatives.
