The news of the tremendous uproar on Thursday in the Congress party meeting in Bhojpur district of the state was not forgotten that the news of some such uproar has come from the capital. Due to which the first pungent taste between the supporters and anti-councilors, which gradually turned into a scuffle. Some councilors became so excited that they tore each other’s clothes. During this, Corporation Commissioner Animesh Parashar also objected to the agenda as against the rules, which has given more air to the dispute.
After all, why did the meeting have to postpone?
During the uproar, Mayor Sita Sahu tried to convince the councilors, but the excited councilors ignored them. For some time, the opposing councilor dominated the supporters and the situation deteriorated so much that the meeting had to be postponed. If sources are to be believed, the issue of trying to contract a tainted company was important in the agenda presented by the mayor. Opponents have strongly objected to this.
A lack of transparency in the municipal corporation due to uproar
The corporation commissioner also described this proposal as a rule-deed, after which the atmosphere has become further heated. The Mayor’s son also took the front in support during this period, but the ruckus was not taking the name of stopping. This incident has created a stir in local people and political circles. Some people say that this commotion shows the lack of transparency in the functioning of the Municipal Corporation. At the same time, some are considering it as the result of political factionalism.
