In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave was successfully organized in Indore. In this event, proposals for investment of more than 30 thousand crore rupees have been received in industry, hotel, real estate, education, renewal energy, IT etc. With this, new opportunities for more than 15 thousand employment will be created in the state. Urban and industrial development will get new heights. In the Conclave, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also gave a gift of Rs 12 thousand 360 crore for the development of the state.
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the participation of real estate sector in the GDP of the country was once 3 percent, now it has increased to 8.5 percent. Real estate has an important role in the development of the country. Gujarat’s Gift City has also left the Pentagon behind. 10 such cities should be done in Madhya Pradesh. The state government has launched a campaign of progress in all sectors. 4 crore people have been given roof. 8 lakh houses have been provided through the local body. There is a target to develop new 10 lakh houses.
PM Modi’s leadership appreciated
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has created its own identity in the world. Now there is no time when there was a lack of essential things including electricity, roads, water in the state. Today, the metro of Delhi is running on the electricity of Madhya Pradesh. In the program, proposals for investment of more than 30 thousand crore rupees have been received in the areas of industry, hotel, real estate, education, renewal energy, IT etc. Out of this, an investment of Rs 12 thousand 473 crore has been received in the industrial sector.
Similarly, proposals of Rs 3 thousand 344 crore in the hotel area, Rs 1812.14 crore in real estate area, Rs 72.45 crore in education sector, Rs 500 crore in renewal energy sector and Rs 100 crore in IT sector have been received for investment of Rs 100 crore.
2 thousand 784 crore investment from 12 investors
Under Indore and Bhopal Development Authority, proposals for investment of more than Rs 2 thousand 784 crore have been received from 12 investors. Urban bodies have been given a grant of more than one thousand 320 crore rupees for infrastructure development. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Next Horizon: Building Cities of Tominations will provide new flights to the cities of Madhya Pradesh. He said that Sulabh, Swift and Safe Transport are the backbone of any modern city.
Keeping in mind the transportation needs of the future, Bhopal and Indore metro projects are being fulfilled rapidly. Multimodal transport hubs are being developed in cities like Jabalpur and Gwalior. In Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain and Sagar cities, 582 electric buses will be run under the Pradhan Mantri E-Bus Seva Yojana.

Gifts given for all -round development of cities
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav provided gifts of Rs 12 thousand 360 crore for all round development of cities of the state in the program. Out of this, a gift of Rs 2,382.03 crore was given mainly for Indore city for water supply and sewerage scheme. An amount of Rs 3,562.27 crore was sanctioned for 257 projects for water supply management and infrastructure development used under Swachh Bharat Mission.
Through the program, 45,503 beneficiaries were admitted by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 1.0. Approval letters were distributed to 19,541 beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2.0. A amount of Rs 2,799.26 crore was transferred to a total of 65,044 beneficiaries.
Discussion with investors
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed with major investors in the conclave and widely discussed the possibilities of investment. Dr. Yadav mainly held Hudco President Sanjay Kulshrestha, Patel Infra’s Arvind Vidulbhai Patel, ITC’s Ashish Pal, MKC Infra’s Ketan Patel, Omex Group’s Mohit Goyal, Medula Soft Private Private Limited’s Shantanu Sharma, Dhruv Rathi of Rathi Steel Limited, Dhruv Rathi of Rasta Steel Limited, Madhya Pradesh Hotel and Restaurant Association’s Tata Projects Preeti Patel of Limited, Prafulla Chaudhary of Dapalmire India Private Limited, Ritesh Das of Sai Green Private Limited were discussed.
Special sessions were organized
In the Conclave, sessions were organized on topics such as Integrating Tefrology for Urban India, Cities Age Growth Hubs, Urban Forestry, Mobility for Cities of Tumorry in which subject experts expressed their views. Sessions were organized on the subject of Urban Tech, Urban Greens, Urban Mobility and Urban Infra Drive, which experts churned and suggested.
Expo became the center of attraction
A major attraction of the Conclave was the “Urban Development Expo”, in which the achievements and future plans so far were demonstrated in the area of urban infrastructure. The MP Metro, Indore Vikas Aadarine and Indore Municipal Corporation chiefs were involved in the presence of the state’s integrated and continued progress.
Madhya Pradesh Housing Board, UDA, BD MPIDC, NHAI, HUDCO, MPSEDC, Credai, Hotel Association, IGBC and Town and Town and Town Planning Stalls were also set up in the exhibition.
