Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will launch the Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave 2025 Cities of Tumoro held at the Brilliant Convention Center in Indore on Friday, July 11. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will communicate with major investors in hotels, tourism, real estate and infrastructure sectors at the Conclave. This event will be focused on the blueprint of urban development and future plans in the state.
This high -level event will include more than 1500 investors, industrialists, corporate representatives of the country. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will visit the Conclave site at 1:30 pm and see the existence. After that, we will hold a meeting with specific guests. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inaugurate the Conclave with lamp lighting at 3 pm.
Organizing technical sessions
The Conclave will have four technical-sessions, including modern technology for urban excellence, centers of development, will participate on topics such as sustainable green urbanization for the future and traffic system of future cities.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inaugurate and unveil MP Locker, ET Urban Transformation Summit 2025 brochure at the Conclave, and unveil and unveil the gift. He will also present a citation to investors. Along with this, short films based on investment opportunities will also be performed in urbanization of Madhya Pradesh.
Investment opportunities in urbanization
The state has immense possibilities of investing in areas like metro, e-bus, multimodal hub, affordable housing, waterfront development, sewage network, e-governance, clean energy, electric vehicles, smart rhoses. More than 8 lakh 32 thousand affordable houses have been prepared in affordable housing in the state and work is going on at more than 10 lakh new houses, of which an investment of about ₹ 50,000 crore is likely.
Quality human resources are available in the state for the implementation of real estate plans. The facility of pipeline water supply coverage and 100 percent urban area sewerage system is available. In urban areas, 23 services in local bodies have been made available on the online digital platform. Approval is being given in urban bodies through the Centrallise Portal. In the urban areas of the state, 17 thousand 230 schemes related to basic facilities are being implemented.
Speed on the urban schemes of the state
Projects of 2 thousand 800 crores for clean environment in urban areas and 2 thousand crore rupees are being worked on projects related to water front. Projects worth Rs 21 thousand crore are operated for the expansion of smooth transport system in urban areas in the state. Electric vehicles are being promoted to control air pollution and prevent carbon foot-fruits of petroleum fuel. 552 electric buses are being started operating in big cities of the state. Electric vehicle policy-2025 has been implemented to encourage electric vehicles in the state.
This growth conclave held in Indore will not only speed up the urban schemes of the state, but will also provide a strong and reliable platform to investors. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the state is fast towards urban changes.
